Fees and Policies


Consultation (20 minutes): Free of charge

Individual Therapy Session (50 minutes): $250

I reserve a limited number of reduced-fee appointment slots. I do my best to make sure finances don’t prevent you from getting the help and support you need

Session fees may be fully or partially covered by your insurance, please read below for more information on insurance reimbursement.


Session fee is due on the day of service (unless otherwise specified). I accept all major credit cards, cash, or check.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment, please notify me 48 hours prior to your appointment time.

If the appointment is cancelled less that 48 hours in advance, you will be responsible for the payment of the full session fee.



If you have "out-of-network" benefits through your health care plan, your insurance company may reimburse you for out of pocket therapy costs. You will pay the full fee on the day of service and I will provide you with an insurance-friendly receipt (called a "superbill") to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Please note that it is your responsibility to understand your insurance policy and reimbursement rates. ​

If you plan to seek out-of-network reimbursement, you should call your insurance company to find out what mental health services your policy covers.
