Adolescents (13-17)

Moving through the world as a young person has become increasingly difficult. Between Instagram, Snapchat, Youtube, and other social media platforms the challenges faced by youth today are different than they were during the pre-smartphone era. Often these formative years are accompanied by experiences of anxiety, depression, and confusion. My passion is to help young people explore their identities in a way that empowers them to face the various challenges they encounter along their journey.

Adults (18+)

Adulting is hard for a slew of reasons. Life is constantly shifting, and it can be difficult to move with it. Sometimes these tough transitions stir up our past experiences in ways that make it hard to gain forward momentum. As a result, we may find ourselves suffering in the feeling of being stuck. This stagnation can impact not only how we feel about ourselves, but also how we navigate our day-to-day lives. When we suffer, our relationships with others and the world also suffers. My hope is to help adults of all ages explore the things that keep them stuck in order to create wiggle-room for movement towards their living their best, most authentic lives.


Female-identified adults and teens, LGBTQIQA, trauma (sexual/physical abuse, oppression, attachment trauma, DV/Intimate partner violence, mental/emotional abuse, trauma in the workplace, PTSD), life transitions (20s-40s), identity development/self-exploration, alternative sexual lifestyles (Kink/BDSM, non-monogamy), anxiety, depression, self-esteem, navigating romantic relationships, grief/loss, stress management/work-life balance.

Virtual Therapy

For your convenience, I offer virtual therapy. Utilizing secure & easy-to-use video conferencing technology we can connect for session from the comfort of your own home or office. All you need is a reliable internet connection, webcam, and a private/uninterrupted space to chat.

Teletherapy is not appropriate for treating severe mental illness, severe depression, or suicidality. These difficulties are best treated in face-to-face therapy sessions. Additionally, teletherapy is not suitable for emergency situations. If you experiencing a physical or psychological emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
