Schedule an Appointment

Ready to get started? The first step is to schedule an initial intake session. This session will last approximately 50 minutes. During our first few sessions we will discuss what brings you in, the historical experiences that brought you to this moment, and your hopes for therapy.


Together we will collaborate come up with a therapy game-plan, which will typically involve meeting weekly for 50-minute sessions.
